Upselling usually involves proposing a more expensive or superior product or service to guests than they had originally planned to purchase.

At our upcoming Meeting Industry Association event on Friday, 24th, we will be discussing how to truly demonstrate hospitality by focusing on enhancing your guests' experience. By suggesting ways in which guests can have a great experience with you, you can improve their loyalty and overall satisfaction. Upselling provides an opportunity to offer guests additional amenities or services that they may not have initially considered, creating a win-win situation for both guests and hospitality businesses. This approach can increase revenue, gain a competitive advantage, and improve the overall guest experience.
