One of the reasons I love what I do is that I'm always learning. Whether it's spending time with clients, reading a book, listening to a podcast or attending training myself, I genuinely believe that if I'm asking others to keep developing, I should be doing the same. Over the past few months I've been working towards becoming an accredited Clarity4D Business Partner, and I'm delighted to have reached that milestone. I've been fascinated by Clarity4D from the moment I was introduced to it. Not because it puts people into boxes (it doesn't!), but because it helps us understand ourselves and the people around us a little better. Throughout my career I've seen brilliant salespeople struggle because they try to communicate with everyone in the same way. Equally, I've seen fantastic teams transformed simply because they started to understand each other a little more. That's where I think Clarity4D is so powerful. It isn't about changing who you are. It's about recognising your strengths, understanding how others work best and making small adjustments that lead to better conversations, stronger relationships and ultimately better results. As with everything I do at Curve, I won't be teaching Clarity4D for the sake of it. My passion is helping hospitality teams become more commercially confident, so I'll be weaving Clarity4D into my training, consultancy and coaching where it adds real value. I'm already full of ideas (probably too many!) and I'm really looking forward to developing some new workshops over the coming months. It's an exciting next step for Curve, and I can't wait to start sharing it with my clients. Let's learn and grow together. Jo
