Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Curve Sales Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”) for all services including sales training, consultancy, mentoring, support, workshops, and any other services provided by Curve.
By booking or engaging Curve, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment Terms1.1 Booking ConfirmationA booking is considered confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received and both parties have agreed the date in writing (email is sufficient).
1.2 DepositA 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Dates are not held or reserved until the deposit is received.
1.3 Final BalanceThe remaining 50% balance is due within 14 days of the invoice being issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Late PaymentsWe reserve the right to pause work or withhold materials if payments are overdue. Late payments may incur interest at the standard statutory rate.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling2.1 Cancellation by the Client
  • More than 30 days before the booking:
    0% cancellation fee. You may cancel or reschedule the session (subject to our availability).

  • Within 30 days of the booking:
    100% cancellation fee.
    You may reschedule without extra charge (subject to our availability).

2.2 Cancellation by CurveIf Curve needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the next earliest mutually suitable date. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client.

3. Travel, Mileage & ExpensesWhere travel is required:
  • Mileage is charged at 45p per mile.
  • Reasonable and pre-agreed expenses may apply (e.g., parking, public transport, taxis).
  • If overnight accommodation is required, costs will be agreed in advance and charged on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis.
All expenses will be discussed openly and agreed where possible.

4. Scope of ServicesThese Terms apply to all services provided by Curve, including but not limited to:
  • Sales training
  • Workshops and team development sessions
  • Sales consultancy
  • Hands-on support
  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Strategy development
  • Process review and improvement
  • Mystery enquiry exercises
  • Event sales support
Any additional services requested outside the initially agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

5. Adjustments to Content or DeliveryCurve may make reasonable adjustments to session content, structure, or delivery method where necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
This may include adapting content based on business priorities, learner needs, or the practicalities of the session.

6. Use of Associates (Where Required)On occasion, Curve may engage trusted associates to support or deliver parts of a project.
All associates work to Curve’s standards, values, and approach.


7. Intellectual PropertyAll training content, models, frameworks, slides, course materials, documents, and tools remain the intellectual property of Curve Sales Solutions.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, share, or adapt any materials without written permission.
Materials are provided for internal use only.


8. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver the work
  • Ensure delegates attend on time (for online and in-person sessions)
  • Provide suitable spaces, equipment, and technology where required
  • Maintain professional conduct during all sessions
If a session cannot be delivered due to lack of attendance, access, or facilities, it will be deemed as delivered.

9. Delegate SuitabilityClients are responsible for ensuring delegates are:
  • Suitable for the session
  • Able to engage fully
  • Proficient in English (if required)
  • Able to access necessary technology for online sessions
This protects the quality of learning and outcomes.

10. Price AdjustmentsCurve may review pricing annually (usually in January) to reflect inflation or changes in operational costs.
Where this affects ongoing clients, we will inform you in advance.


11. LiabilityCurve will deliver all services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.
However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results.

Curve is not liable for:
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of opportunities
  • Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services booked.

12. ConfidentialityAny sensitive or commercial information shared during our work together will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

13. Force MajeureCurve is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, severe weather, travel disruption, or emergencies.
In such cases, we will work with you to agree a new date.

14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
